Jeffrey R. Salberg, popularly known as just “Salberg,” is a partner at Jorgensen & Salberg, LLP, representing diverse clients in criminal defense and civil litigation matters.
He has significant trial and arbitration experience in criminal law, personal injury, employment, product liability, insurance, and complex business litigation.
Salberg has also appeared and successfully argued cases before the California Court of Appeals, Second District. He has a published decision: Casella v. Southwest Dealer Services, Inc. (2007, 4th Dist) 157 Cal. App. 4th 1127
Salberg prides himself on his ability to relate to his clients on a personal level.

Before becoming an attorney, Salberg was a Deputy sheriff with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, wherein he served the community for 8 ½ years before he retired. He graduated 1st in his class out of 120 recruits from the Sherriff’s Academy and was named “Honor Recruit.” Before becoming a Deputy Sheriff, Salberg also worked for 20th Century Insurance as a claims examiner and is experienced with the workings of the insurance industry.
Salberg attended the University of La Verne and was a defensive captain for the football team. Salberg received a B.S. in Business Administration. He received his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. While at Chapman, he served as an Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review, was President of the Federalist Society, and was on the Mock Trial Honor Board. Salberg is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and in the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Before founding Jorgensen & Salberg, LLP, Mr. Salberg was an associate with Lee A. Wood & Associates in Costa Mesa, California. While at Lee A. Wood & Associates, Mr. Salberg successfully took many cases to trial and represented numerous municipalities, emphasizing his practice to defending law enforcement agencies. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
Salberg has led or co-chair in numerous jury trials, along with countless successful arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Salberg’s vision in law practice is to serve his clients with the utmost care and controlled aggression.
